Restaurants replace time cards with fingerprints

More quickservice and fast-casual restaurants are replacing time-card systems with biometrics systems that scan fingerprints to ensure that workers are who they say they are when they clock in. Vendor DigitalPersona has sold systems to operators of chains including Popeyes, Pizza Hut and Wendy's.
