Toronto decides fate of popular high-school programme

A Toronto, Ontario, high-school programme -- one of the top in the country -- will remain in an overcrowded building because officials want it to remain in a more diverse community. Critics, however, say the Talented Offerings for Programs in the Sciences is drawing more interest from students -- who come from other schools -- and should be moved to a school with less-crowded conditions.
