AT&T takes issue with T-Mobile's spectrum auction plan

The T-Mobile US plan to cap spectrum amounts that carriers can buy during the planned auction by the Federal Communications Commission will "doom the auction," according to AT&T. The carrier has told the FCC that T-Mobile's plan would reduce revenues from the auction and "opportunities for manipulation." T-Mobile claims that without the limits, nothing would stop AT&T from claiming all of the low-band spectrum.
