Fruit growers in Victoria, Australia, who have lost contracts with SPC Ardmona say they need government help to either spray or bulldoze blooming trees before pest infestations spread to more orchards. Farmers say the problem is a biosecurity crisis, while government officials say they don't have the money to pay for a fix.
