Boeing, Lockheed, others win UCLASS Navy contracts

Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and General Atomics Aeronautical Systems have won contracts to compete for the Navy's planned Unmanned Carrier Launched Airborne Surveillance and Strike air vehicle. The jet-powered UCLASS, meant for surveillance and strike missions, is to go into operation in 2020.
