Can unique interview antics backfire?

Job seekers have done some unique things to get hired, including singing during an interview and doing a tarot reading, according to a survey from CareerBuilder. Interviewers were impressed by the singer, but not the card reader, the survey showed. Such antics are not recommended for all jobs, though. "Thinking outside the box is great, but the stunts that work best are the ones that showcase your relevant skills and abilities," said CareerBuilder's Rosemary Haefner.
