Coca-Cola's U.K. TV spot for Coca-Cola Zero makes a point about healthy balanced diets and daily activity by contrasting a 1950s man and his grandson today. The split-screen one-minute spot, with the grandfather and grandson played by the same man, was developed by David, Buenos Aires.
