New York voters will approve gambling, experts say

Gaming experts say the passage of Gov. Andrew Cuomo's plan to expand gambling in New York appears likely. "I can tell you this referendum is going to pass," said James Featherstonhaugh, the New York Gaming Association's president. The plan calls for four casinos to be built in upstate New York, and three casinos to be built elsewhere in the state.
