NYU cuts off second-home loans for top employees

New York University said it won't make any more loans to its highest-ranking employees to help them buy vacation homes and will give faculty members a bigger say in the university's decisions. The institution's president, John Sexton, who has been criticized in five no-confidence votes by faculty this year, will leave the post in 2016 when his current term ends, the university said.
