Unemployment benefit claims continue to fall

Claims for jobless benefits reached their lowest level in six years, according to figures released by the Department of Labor this morning. Applications for unemployment insurance payments fell to 320,000 in the week ended Aug. 10, a 15,000 decline from the previous week.
