Hardware failure causes 2-minute glitch for some Nasdaq orders

A hardware failure on the Nasdaq Stock Market on Thursday caused a roughly two-minute glitch in routing buy and sell orders from some investment firms. The issue affected "a small subset of orders during that time, new orders are not impacted and trading has been continuous," according to Nasdaq.
