Domino's marketing moves to shed its old image include a mobile campaign built around transparency, with app tools that allow customers to track a pizza's progress and customize pizzas with a 3-D tool. "Technology is becoming a core part of our business. ... We have to use technology to drive better experiences that drive better results," said Dennis Maloney, vice president of multimedia marketing.
