Report: FCC to reject M2Z plan; M2Z mulls lawsuit

Reports say that the FCC is circulating a plan to turn down a proposal from startup M2Z Networks to use 25MHz of spectrum to build a free wireless broadband Internet network available to reach most of the country. In March, CTIA - The Wireless Association® asked the FCC to "move immediately to dismiss or deny M2Z's application." M2Z said Wednesday it would sue to get the FCC to conduct an analysis of its plan.
