In Seattle, a call for teachers to communicate more often on Web

Seattle teachers should be required to regularly use a Web site called The Source to communicate with parents and students, according to an editorial in The Seattle Times. Currently, teachers are required to update their sites only twice each quarter. Student and parents would benefit from more posts on homework assignments, grades and other information.
