"Gypsy brewer" hops among breweries

Brian Strumke of Stillwater Artisanal Ales travels from one brewery to another, renting their excess capacity and using his own recipes to create limited edition brews. "Brian is always trying to think about food when he's brewing," says Greg Engert of Birch & Barley, a D.C. restaurant with a focus on beer.
