New options arriving for remote Linux administration

Amazon and Oracle are providing new ways to remotely run open-source Linux distributions. Oracle is debuting its latest version of Virtual Desk Infrastructure for thin-client devices and Amazon will be pushing out cloud-based Novell SUSE Linux on its Elastic Compute Cloud service.
