Xenia Center Place is about to break ground

A $5 million retail hub in Xenia, near Dayton, Ohio, is about to break ground. Called Xenia Center Place, dirt will be moving on the first phase this fall -- two centers of up to 10,000 square feet each and pad sites for restaurants. The project is being co-developed by Equity Inc. and The Leslie Group.
