401(k) plan participants often puzzled by their options

A survey of 401(k) plan participants by The Charles Schwab Corp. found that 52% of participants said explanations of their 401(k) plan options were more confusing than explanations of their health benefits. Fifty-seven percent said they wish the process of selecting the best investments was more straightforward, the survey found.
