Citrus exporters keep an eye out for black spot

South African citrus exporters have only had one Europe-bound shipment turned away for Guignardia Citricarpa, which causes black spot, since stricter rules were put in place this year. Argentina's citrus growers haven't been as lucky -- records show eight lemon shipments from the country were stopped because of the pathogen last month.
