Green Deal marketing proves expensive

The British government has spent more than $25 million since April 2011 to market and administer its Green Deal retrofit scheme, which encourages home and business owners to make energy-efficient improvements to their buildings. That's more than $700,000 in marketing costs for each signed Green Deal plan, reports Allister Hayman.
