JetBlue leverages mobile to better serve passengers

JetBlue is giving its crew members tablets to better serve passengers and offering enhanced in-flight Wi-Fi. "We really wanted to make sure at the end that when we are delivering products for customers we're always thinking what's the best thing that we can do for them," Jonathan Stephen, head of mobile and emerging technologies at JetBlue, said during a session at eTail East.
