Judge delays decision on American Airlines reorganization

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Sean Lane postponed a decision on confirming the reorganization plan for American Airlines because of the Justice Department's move to block the carrier's proposed merger with US Airways. "While we await the court's decision on our plan of reorganization, we will continue to proceed with the legal process to challenge the DOJ complaint in federal court," American spokesman Mike Trevino said in a statement.
