Kale isn't the only healthy-greens option, dietitian says

Kale gets attention for its nutrition benefits, but registered dietitian Keri Gans writes that collard greens, Swiss chard and mustard greens are other options that may be overlooked. She notes that while kale has more of vitamins A and C, the others also are packed with nutrients and all of them have antioxidants that may help ward off disease.
