Renal denervation device firm obtains $2.7M

Ablative Solutions has secured $2.7 million from 41 undisclosed backers, part of a funding round aiming for $5 million. The company, with offices in Michigan and California, is working on a perivascular renal denervation device that can be used to treat patients with high blood pressure by delivering radio-frequency energy straight to the nerves.
