Salesforce.com co-founder talks about the "customer company"

The future of every business is going social to connect with customers on an emotional level and provide real-time interaction through smartphones, Salesforce.com co-founder Marc Benioff said. Salesforce, which will introduce a "radically new product" in November, asks its customers eight questions about their approach to customers, including how they create communities and connect people to their products, he said.
