Retailers luring customers with cheaper gas

A food retail industry group survey finds 62% of new grocery stores are planning to include on-site gas stations, and others are tying store sales to gas promotions in an effort to attract consumers increasingly concerned by record fuel prices. Costco Wholesale is selling gas at prices up to 30 cents per gallon less than nearby competitors.
