Activists urge Philly against Scout discount

LGBT activists are working to insure that the Boy Scouts are not given a preferential rent in a city-owned building in Philadelphia, given the Scouts' history of anti-gay discrimination. Activists like Stacey Sobel, executive director of Equality Advocates Pennsylvania, are pressing to keep the negotiations open and public.
