Survey: Hospitality needs to work on going green

Many hospitality organizations have good sustainability intentions, but there's still a long way to go for many companies to go green, according to a new survey. The survey of more than 500 hospitality professionals found that more than a third of respondents had set formal sustainability goals, but more than a quarter of organizations had no specific targets and only 4% cited working toward sustainability as the most important target for their organization.
