SBA loans help businesses buy the buildings they occupy

For small businesses that want to buy commercial properties for their own use, the Small Business Administration offers a loan program with terms that are much more attractive than generally are available from private lenders. The loan can have a term of up to 20 years as opposed to the customary 10 years, and the down payment can be as little as 10%.
