School district's cell phone ban could be applied to teachers

A Pennsylvania school district that has banned student cell phones is considering expanding the rule to teachers. "They do use them, and they do text messaging with them," a school board member said of teachers. "If our kids aren't allowed to use them, then they shouldn't be either." School administrators said their policy already prohibits teacher from using cell phones in class.
