Suicide bombing in Russia kills 20

At least 20 people died in a suicide bombing at a police headquarters in Russia's North Caucasus region of Ingushetia. The region has seen increased violence recently, including an attack that killed a government minister last week. Russian President Dmitri Medvedev ordered an increased police presence in the region to prevent further attacks, which might be designed to discredit President Yunus-Bek Yevkurov.
