BASF to unveil dispersions plant in Guangdong, China, by 2012

BASF plans to build a 100,000-ton-per-year dispersions facility in Guangdong province, China, and start production in early 2012, the company said. The plant will manufacture carboxylated styrol butadiene and acrylic dispersions for sectors such as construction, packaging and printing. The facility's output is expected to cater to the demand for such material within southern China's industries.
