WTO says EU can't impose import tariffs on high-tech goods

In a major win for U.S. manufacturers, the World Trade Organization has ordered the European Union to stop imposing import tariffs on high-tech goods. The tariffs in question are related to three product categories -- Internet-ready cable TV converter boxes, flat-panel computer screens and printers.
