Historic Conn. house gets a new cedar-shingle roof

A roof-replacement project at the historic Richter House in Danbury, Conn., is heading toward completion as workers put final touches on the facility's new cedar-shingle roof. The building, used by an arts association, also has a new chimney, copper flashing and gutters to help alleviate further deterioration of the building.
