Good innovation practices start in the corner office, says Jeff Dyer. CEOs like Steve Jobs and Jeff Bezos are avid experimenters and questioners, and their curiosity is a model for all their employees. "It starts at the top. If you don't do it, you're not likely to imprint your behaviors on your organization as processes," Dyer says.
