Parapets listing victims' names will be focal point of WTC memorial

When the National September 11 Memorial & Museum opens to the public on the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attacks, visitors will be able to view and touch the names of the 2,983 victims engraved on parapets that border the twin memorial pools. A cooling and heating system will make touching the bronze-covered parapets containing the names comfortable in all weather conditions.
