U.S. infrastructure will drop to 16th in the world

America's infrastructure will rank 16th in the world when the 2011-2012 World Economic Forum report comes out next month. "America used to have the best stuff -- best roads, best airports, best seaports," President Barack Obama said. "We're slipping behind." However, "There's not an appetite to increase the funding," said a Senate aide.
