Mobile marketing successes from pioneers such as Procter & Gamble and Unilever, as well as widespread use of mobile devices for shopping, are prompting more consumer goods brands to experiment with customer engagement via mobile. Applications, rich media and QR codes are among the most popular mobile marketing tactics, according to this article.
