Food companies target health-conscious students

Food manufacturers and food service companies say they're preparing for a healthier back-to-school season, shipping reduced-fat pizzas, trans-fat-free fries, and convenience foods that are also "nutritionally responsible." Thermos says its new lunch boxes designed to hold fruit are "blowing off the shelves." ConAgra's The Max frozen pizza is 30% lower in fat and higher in fiber than standard frozen pizzas.
