OMA to build Louisville tower, mixed-use complex

The New York office of OMA is set to develop a new mixed-use tower in downtown Louisville, Ky., bringing big changes to the city's skyline. The project, which could be at least 20 stories, will include a 40,000-square-foot contemporary art museum, office space, condominiums, retail space and student housing.
