Editorial: Oil speculators the real culprits in high gas prices

The true culprits in high gas prices are not gas station owners but oil speculators, according to this editorial by Mark Larson, executive director of Colorado Wyoming Petroleum Marketers Association. The amount of investor holdings in commodity index funds has increased from $13 billion to more than $260 billion in the past five years, and Larson calls on Congress to take action against the market manipulation.
