Florida county to train deputies to aid people with disabilities

A Florida county under fire for its handling of people with disabilities will offer its deputy sheriffs additional training in the area. The county faced nationwide criticism in January after a man with quadriplegia was tipped out of his wheelchair; an independent commission is reviewing the incident and the county's corrections system.
