Mother may sue N.Y. school over use of restraints

Marissa Chunisingh says an aide at her five-year-old daughter's school allegedly used her sweater to bind her to a cafeteria bench after she was found alone in a classroom, screaming after reportedly being left behind for an assembly. She says the school wouldn't give her answers, so she gave the city notice that she may sue. An Education Department spokesman said the incident is under investigation.
