Africa unprepared for H1N1 flu impact

Africa, the last continent to be struck by the H1N1 virus, is unprepared for the virus, owing to overburdened health systems, poverty and disease. Experts say the disease -- which has been detected in at least nine countries -- might be spreading to other countries unnoticed because of a lack of medical surveillance technology.
