Cirrus Aircraft to open general aviation airport in China

Cirrus Aircraft plans to upgrade an airport in Huanghua, China, to a general aviation airport and private flying club. The U.S. airplane manufacturer plans to partner with Beijing's Jinggong General Aviation Co. The Huanghua airport is currently used just two months of the year to fly crop-dusting planes in the agricultural region.
