Report: Online schools are booming, but need more oversight

The framework and policies for online learning need improvement, says the International Association for K-12 Online Learning in a report. The group says more than 30 states have online-learning programs, with usage estimated to increase by 30% annually. The report calls for increased oversight on subject matter, improved access and better policies governing online learning to ensure students receive a good education.
