Russian manufacturing sees more signs of stabilization

Indicating that the worst of Russia's recession might be over, industrial output increased almost 5% last month compared with June, the Federal Statistics Service said. Production was down 10.8% from July 2008. The first signs of stabilization in the industry appeared in June.
