Scientists turn to rutabagas as biofuel source

Michigan State University scientists are developing biotech rutabagas to produce more oil that can be used for biofuel production. However, biofuel derived from rutabagas, which are not considered as major food crops, could take 15 years to develop, one of the researchers said.
