Mich. oil spill could cost Enbridge up to $400M

Enbridge Energy Partners said it could pay as much as $400 million in costs related to an oil spill in Michigan. The costs would cover the emergency response, pipeline fixes and environmental remediation, the company said. Enbridge also faces a $2.4 million fine for a 2007 Minnesota blast that killed two employees.
