Schlotzsky's targets health-conscious diners with new sandwiches

Sandwich chain Schlotzsky's has revamped parts of its menu to include sandwiches that are lower in calories and fat than the more traditional deli fare served at the chain's 350 stores. The company recently added some of its offerings to the Healthy Dining guide, including a 520-calorie smoked turkey breast with light mayonnaise on sourdough and a veggie sandwich that clocks in at 480 calories.
